How to desexualize your brain:

It has never been harder to win than right now.

Why?

Because every single day you are frying your brain, you are killing your attention span, you are killing your focus and you're killing your testosterone and because of all of that, you are killing your success.

The average person has a worse attention span than a goldfish and that is who you were competing against.

The good news is that you can get ahead of 90% of people if you stay disciplined and have a proper work ethic.

Understand that your ability to control your urges is directly related to the level of success you seek.

If you cannot be disciplined you can never achieve success.

It is simply impossible and that is why it starts with you controlling your urges and desexualising your brain so that your primary brain no longer rules you.

Today, I am going to give you 6 steps to desexualize your brain and gain control over your life, mind, and body.

But, here's one thing truly desexualising your brain has very little to do with sex and more with something else.

Step No. 1 - Stop watching porn

First and foremost you need to stop watching porn.

Now, that sounds pretty obvious to you 99% of young people are addicted to it and can't stop watching it. Watching porn is the worst way to sexualize your brain.

The problem isn't just watching porn but the amount of time it wastes. Imagine if you stop watching porn how much extra time you will get, something around an additional hour or 2 two per week.

I was there too a few months ago but, now I break the chains and haven't jerked off for almost 90 days.

Porn fries your brain, it has a lot of negative effects on your potential, focus and willpower.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg there's a laundry list behind that.

According to science, studying pornography usage destroys your prefrontal cortex.

Porn has been linked to issues that decreased focus and increased depression and anxiety. Not only that porn has side effects on your long-term relationships.

Of course, intimacy affects.

You see a lot of young people who are suffering from erectile dysfunction because their brain is rewired.

Unfortunately, these young men have consumed so much porn that literally their neutral pathways have changed.

I mean they have been effectively aroused by watching others do the deed instead of themselves.

Porn users have reported that they have less satisfied with their lives than the people who don't watch porn.

The second step goes hand-in-hand with porn is:

Step no. 2 - Stop pleasuring yourself

Look I know and I understand about it how addictive, normal and pleasurable it is. But, there's nothing healthy or normal about it.

Every time you go for pleasure you are killing your focus, health and mental well-being. Every time a short dopamine hit you receive the ejaculation.

The dopamine spikes way up to the highest level and then it certainly goes below the down-level.

The reason behind why it's a cheap dopamine:

The time you start doing it you are signalling to your brain that you have accomplished the goal of your life, which should be the man's highest with a woman by his side.

You know it's not real, but your brain doesn't the neurons are firing it thinks that you've achieved the goal. You are tricking your brain, that's why it's cheap.

I mean no wonder you can't focus if you are addicted to pornography.

Everything feels boring when you have just done the dirty business and this is why you need to stop so you ask yourself "why most of the young men are addicted to porn and masturbation?" because they are addicted.

They are addicted to this cheap dopamine exactly the way people were addicted to drugs.

I think pornography and masturbation are the most difficult addictions to break because of the insane dopamine spike it usually comes within.

Let's look at the data on dopamine spikes:

As you can see from the above picture when you eat a burger carb-filled meal it spikes your dopamine level by 100%.

In a similar way when you smoke cigars or some sort of cigarettes and weed it spikes your dopamine level by 200%.

But, when it comes to porn and masturbation it increases your dopamine level by 250%+ which is the same as sex.

Here's the key difference porn and masturbation fall your dopamine levels way below the baseline and that is where you start getting those lethargic feelings, shame on yourself and getting feel disgusted on you.

That's the same dopamine curve you get from drugs so then that starts to beg the question of "How do you stop it?"

That is where the interesting part comes in with porn and masturbation and that leads to our third step:

Step no.3 - Find your purpose

A man without a purpose is a ship without a destination.

It is very easy to get distracted when you don't have a solid goal or purpose to devote yourself and work towards it. Every man should have a purpose inside of them to live towards it.

When you have a purpose you are more eager to give your time there rather than your urges.

For some it might be starting a business for others might be something different. But, do something meaningful with your life.

Everything bad that happens to you is because of meaninglessness.

You are bored because you don't have a goal, instead, you cure your boredom by watching porn, scrolling mindlessly and doing mindless things.

Step no. 4 - stop watching soft porn

Soft porn can be just as bad as porn. For god sake stop watching soft porn. It's the only thing that triggers your brain to fulfil your desires (cheaply).

The half-naked girls you see everywhere and I mean they were everywhere wherever you look TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, everywhere.

They are just eating your focus and destroying your future. You see most of the time you don't watch porn its just the triggers that intrigue you that is why it is very important to eliminate the triggers.

Unfollow all those half-naked girls dancing all around whom you watch on TikTok and Instagram… Unfollow and mute them and click the button not interested button so, the algo can't make it pop up to your feed from next time.

Train the algorithm by your means. Make algo your bit*h, not your master.

Step no. 5 - Focus inward not outward

The desexualization of your brain is more intrinsic rather than extrinsic.

Delay instant gratification. Do not always look outwards for stimulus for your brain.

You see dopamine is a reward it rewards you for your desires. Get the dopamine hits by your work ethic and hard work the same way you do with porn.

Dopamine receptors are always there but, you should know what's helping you and what's hurting you.

Sex spikes your dopamine levels so much higher because, without procreation or reproduction, we wouldn't exist.

But, In today's day and age social media and fast food have hijacked those same systems and that is why it is your job to regain your control over them so, stop seeking cheap dopamine externally and start looking internally.

Step no. 6 - Stop chasing women

Now, you need to stop chasing women if you haven't built something of yourself.

You will never be truly focused if you are constantly chasing women and by chasing I mean:

Texting this girl, meeting up with that girl, thinking about some other girl.

That is not how you desexualise your brain. Don't go for women unless it's your day one girl and you know this will be my future wife.

It's a waste of time for two reasons:

1st, Women will only chase a high-quality man at the end of the day.

2nd The woman you get at the beginning of your journey is nothing compared to what you get at the end.

Now, don't be an anti-socialist weirdo and go on dates with girls when you know you can carry her expenses, As a man it's your job.

You see casually dating is just a distraction from building your career. At first when you're just starting fully focusing on something you don't need a girl.

The first step is always harder than everything. So, yeah make some sacrifices and get back to your normal living life after a period of time.

Thinking about this girl, thinking about that girl and which girl you want to meet up it's just a waste of time, Bullshit.

If you are doing that no way you can get your focus and desexualise your brain.
