Why do I prefer self-education over formal?
If you're lost the answer is education.

The education system creates slaves, not free thinkers.
People are bound to schools and colleges all day long doesn't realize the potential of their minds and what can they create with their brains, instead, they depend on the government to take care of them humans are lazy, and not efficient my apologies. Selfishness needs to be prioritized every self thing must be prioritized. I am writing this newsletter right now not to create hate about the education system but to aware people that there's a life and knowledge exist beyond your jobs and education systems.
Here are some ways to fill your mind with self-education:
Read books that pique your curiosity
Listen to the great minds through podcasts
Listen to audiobooks on walks (Audible)
Network with like-minded people who share a vision like you.
The internet has made learning accessible to everyone. Any individual can satisfy their curiosity and acquire knowledge on any subject online, without the need for physical presence—mental engagement is sufficient to gain equivalent knowledge.
In modern society, resources are abundant, but the focus is scarcity due to a lot of distractions.
Through self-education, anyone can acquire knowledge, organize their thoughts, and expand their mind to achieve a deeper understanding of any subject.
Seek deep knowledge—it begins where general knowledge ends. Pursue an in-depth understanding of fields that spark your curiosity.
Education is a vessel that must be covered through your interests not society’s you are unique in your way. You need knowledge and Information that are meaningful to you not studies of long hours and jobs that you hate. One life is too short to spend on something 40 hours a week you hate to do.
Two valuable lessons that I learned from Dan is that:
Ask yourself “What you don't want?” and write them down
Ask yourself “Where you end up if you continue down your current path?” and write them down
By asking I mean diving deeper into your thoughts to rewire your brain to ask yourself why you don't want it. What are things that make you want them if you don't?
What are the best skills to learn through self-education?
Copywriting
Storytelling
Human persuasion’
Marketing and Sales
Editing and Designing
and many more it all starts with your interests in which you're interested about.
And don't ask me which niche to choose.
There is no specific niche the niche is the content you see you want to create that is your niche.
One of the best skills which you can start with is writing. It doesn't need anything it just needs a keyboard and a common sense to write with writing alongside you can learn all those skills.
You become what you consume all day long don't let the mindless activities eat your curiosities and passion.
As Chris Williamson said in his recent tweet that
“90% of the problems are just solved by a good night's sleep, a glass of water, a walk with a friend, and a training session”
so, stop making your peace so complicated it's in the simple things that you choose to ignore every time. Embrace the simplicity and you will find peace.
